This outfit was very much inspired by KTZ and the amazing all-black layering in Givenchy's Spring/Summer 15 collection (my favorite menswear collection of the season so far). I went to the Company Rising Stars Music party last week, and the lovely people from Seekers Of Sun gave me a henna tattoo and a pack of their beautiful metallic temporary tattoos. I wanted to style up an outfit that really showed off the tattoo but in a really modern urban way, rather than the typical festival look. To make the henna tattoo stand out more, I used a silver dotted line tattoo from the pack Seekers of Sun gave me. The T-shirt is by TTYA - which stands for Taller Than Your Average. They specialize in jersey staples for the taller woman. I have met the founder of the brand, Irene, a few times through work - she is the most amazing character and so so lovely! I've wanted one of their oversized Tees for ages, and decided to treat myself to one this pay day (and by one - I mean two, because I also bought the same t-shirt in white!). As much as the brand is designed for taller women, this also makes the shapes perfect for the taller man too. I layered the tee over my Zara jersey wrap skort, and teamed this with chunky Dr Martens sandals with socks. So wrong but so right!. I finished the look with my trusty studded clutch and some modern flip-up sunglasses from one of my favorite east London menswear boutiques - Borderline Apparel. You can't go wrong with an all-black look, and I think this really shows off the henna tattoo.
