Press Days: Caption PR

Press day season is well and truly upon us. Yesterday I went to the Caption PR Press Day held in Gallery Different, just off Oxford Street. Caption PR was launched nearly three years ago, and has a small selection of beautifully designed brands in it's repertoire. A highlight for me had to be James Hock's Autumn/Winter 15 collection. James Hock is a London-based conceptual unisex brand headed by Malaysian-born designer James Hock. The brand focuses on unconventional basics and thrives on an aesthetic led by strong juxtapositions. I really loved the gorgeous chunky black and white knitwear and really cool structured felt pieces emblazoned with the words 'love' and 'hope'. Also showing during the Press Day was my all time favorite shop in Camden - Studio Collection. You will have seen me wearing lots of pieces from Studio Collection on my blog, and I can only hope that you'll see me in pieces from their Autumn/Winter collection in the near future! Studio Collection is a luxury fashion store which sources the finest avant-garde, artisan mens and womens clothing and accessories from around the world. Priding itself on working with emerging designers, the selection for Autumn/Winter really sets the bar. Amongst the gorgeous clothing they will be stocking, stand-out pieces included a crumpled leather vest and raw edged leather jacket by Minoar clothing and a graphic print biker by Sandor Lakatos. The press day also had a beautiful selection of accessories on show. Bag brand Zashadu was founded in 2010 by creative director Zainab Ashadu and is a leading British/Nigerian sustainable luxury accessories brand. The Autumn/Winter collection has a beautiful contrast of raw cut skins and structured bag shapes, the clutch bags in particular are definitely something I can see myself using. Other accessories on show included stunning silver jewellery by Mariella Pilato and exotic leather bags by Nunkis France. Check out my photos from the Press day below, which I think will get you just as excited as I am for the coming Autumn/Winter season!
