Shirt - c/o Rokit, Roll Neck - Topman, Trousers - All Saints, Socks - H&M, Boots - Dr Martens, Backpack - c/o Rokit
For me, LCM started on Thursday, because I had the pleasure of being invited to the huntergather x G H Bass S/S 16 Launch at their Redchurch street store. The iconic footwear brand teamed up with huntergather to create an exclusive leather penny loafer for men and women, featuring a branded huntergather plectrum on the front inspired by huntergather co-founder David Bradshaw's experience styling Michael Jackson. The loafers are available exclusively at huntergather's Redchurch street store for £125. I liked the design of the loafers, allthough I can't say they were doing anything too exciting in design terms. A very good basic essential shoe nonetheless - check out my photos below. I have also been lucky enough to be outfitted by one of my favorite Vintage brands for the duration of LCM - Rokit Vintage. They very kindly allowed me to choose a few things from their Camden store to wear - Winning! My first outfit features this really cool khaki green shirt. I love the pleat detailing at the back - I think it makes it look really designer. I layered the shirt over a white roll neck and paired with a pair of black drop crotch trousers. Also from Rokit is the backpack from the Rokit Recycled range - I loved the bigger one I got from there a while back so much that I decided to get a smaller one too - which is really useful when you don't need to carry quite so much stuff with you. My favorite thing about the backpack is the cute little pocket on the outside - totally useless, but a reminder of the original garment the backpack has been made from. I finished the outfit with khaki socks and my black DMs. Check out other amazing vintage pieces on their website here, and stay tuned for more LCM posts coming your way soon!
