His Name Is Tee

Top - Rochambeau, Trousers - All Saints, Fedora - Topman, Sandals - Zara

I'm trying really hard to not spend too much money on clothes at the moment - which is really hard when the sales start and there are so many bargains to be had. I have only had one real splurge this month, which comes in the form of the Rochambeau oversized tee from Harvey Nichols. It's basically the ultimate white tee. It's absolutely huge, and made from a really nice crisp white cotton. I really like the zip detail on the shoulder and splits on the size, it's perfect for the super hot weather we're having right now. To keep with the slouchy aesthetic of the tee, I paired it with my drop crotch linen trousers from All Saints. I kept my shoes clean with some smart sandals, and of course no outfit is complete without a fedora. Perfect outfit for a lazy Sunday shopping with my housemate (who very kindly took the photos!).

New Portfolio

Hey Everyone!

Ok, I'm so so sorry I have been so quiet over the last week or so, but I can now reveal to you the reason why. You might notice a new link in the menu above, which is a link to my brand spanking new professional portfolio. I have been doing a lot of editorial styling work recently and I'm trying to do more and more. I have now put together an online portfolio for myself which contains a bit of my Visual Merchandising work, along side all the photoshoots I have styled recently. I'm fairly proud of it, and I'd love for you to check it out and give me some feedback  - and I am of course open to collaborations to help build it even further. So go on - head to or click the link above. Normal blog service will resume shortly!

His Name Is Stylist

Blazer - Topman, Roll Neck - Topman, Trousers - c/o Rokit Vintage, Hat - Boohoo, Shoes - Topman

Last week I attended a photoshoot event put together by the wonderful guys from Shoot Me Fab. With base camp held in Cafe 1001 in Brick Lane, Manuely and Sebastian pulled together models, hairstylists, makeup artists, designers and stylists to collaborate on an epic location shoot. I had great fun styling the amazing work of Jessica Bailey. Her garments are insanely good, and I really enjoyed styling a collection that you would not immediately think was my style. We ended up styling her womenswear pieces on a male model, which gave a really cool contrast and that extra edge. Anyway, this is what I wore to the event. Thank you so much to Rokit for the pieces I was given to wear during LCM, as I have worn them loads and loads since! These trousers are so comfortable and have such a cool shape. I decided to do something a bit more tonal with them than I had done for LCM, a tried to keep the look entirely in shades a beige and grey. I paired them with an off white roll neck and then layered a deconstructed grey blazer over the top. I think the oversized blazer gives a nice balance with the high waisted trouser. I finished the look with my grey fedora (which matches the trousers perfectly) and my trusty cut out shoes. You can shop the Rokit website here, and find out more about Shoot Me Fab here.

His Name Is Maison

Shirt - H&M, Top - Boohoo, Dungarees - Topshop, Hat - Topman, Shoes - Topman

It's been a while since my last outfit post - apologies! I can tell you I have been super busy over the past few weeks, LCM was crazy, followed by many long days in work and dating (yes, I'm not single anymore, shock horror haha). Anyway, this look is actually inspired by an outfit the designer wear buyer in work put together. She layered a mesh tee by Maison Martin Margiela over a smart shirt, and I really liked it. It reminded me off this Boohoo top I bought a while back, so I decided it was time to drag it out of the back of my wardrobe and wear it again. Obviously, my version is a monochrome take on the look. I layered even more by teaming the top and shirt with my pleather dungarees. I finished the whole thing off with smart monk shoes and (surprise surprise) my black fedora. Now life has gotten a bit more back to normal I promise to blog more!
