His Name Is Slouch

Coat - Topman
Waistcoat - c/o Antony Morato
Trousers - Zara
Shoes - Topman

When I was approached to collaborate on a few blog posts with menswear superbrand Antony Morato, I found it very difficult to say no. Established in 2007, Antony Morato embodies an innovative idea of Menswear, enriched by a cosmopolitan attitude and looking at the fashion and life-style of the major international cities as a source of inspiration. The brand’s contemporary design aligns perfectly with my own aesthetic, by focusing on the 'new man' - a new generation of male consumers, who are aware of their own style and live fashion as a way to express themselves, their image and their vision of the World, a group of men whom I consider myself to be part of. The garments themselves are of an extremely high quality, and feature all the small beautiful details you desire from a well designed menswear brand. Although you can't see from my photos, the shirt has a contrasting textured fabric detail on the collar and a small branded metal tag to the back. The waistcoat features the same metal tag and is such an awesome shape, the front double layer detail giving it that little bit of difference from a standard tweedy waistcoat. I'm loving all things slouchy and oversized at the moment - maybe it's the cold weather making me want to wrap up, or all the inspiration on the autumn/winter catwalks, but I felt this outfit needed that more directional silhouette to pull the look together. This was easily achieved with my absolute favorite Topman check winter coat and wide leg leather trousers. Make sure you check out Antony Morato for yourself by clicking here.
